The Rooms
The rooms are located on the main floor of the manor house, to which the impressive scissor staircase that characterizes the facade leads. The original articulation of the house has remained unchanged: a succession of interconnected rooms, yet each capable of maintaining its own intimacy.
The polychromes of the vaulted ceilings and walls and the faux inlaid decorations on the floors, as well as the views to the outdoors and the play of light created during the day, give each room a unique character.
The furnishings interpret the identity of each room, making it immediately perceptible; they match the era of the house to tell its story, or they are designer, contemporary and essential, so as not to alter the volumes of the rooms and leave room for color and light.
In the center between the rooms, the living room and dining room, extended outside by two terraces that overhang the garden, invite you to stop and soak in the Villa’s atmosphere and get involved with the surrounding nature.
In the building on the east side of the central baglio, behind a door framed by jasmine, another room opens, simpler in features but no less distinctive. The spacious, light-hued room is defined by the original ceiling and floor, elements of character that reveal a deep connection to the history of the area.
